Shipping Within Australia
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. We use Australia Post for our delivery service and they can take between 3-5 working days to deliver. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don’t occur on holidays and weekends. You will receive an order confirmation which states that you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. We make every effort to ensure all our items advertised are in stock, but sometimes out of stock situations do occur. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
Australian orders over $100 free standard shipping 3-5 working days. Orders under $100, standard Australian postal rates with parcel delivery time 3 – 5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND CERTAIN SEEDS IN THE GROWING KITS TO WA AND TAS DUE TO REGULATIONS.
We only deliver the Superfood Blends overseas. The Microgreen Growing Kits are designed for use in Australia only. International customers are welcome to place orders for delivery to family and friends in Australia. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
We will happily exchange or refund at any time any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered provided the goods are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges. Should any damage have occurred My Little Plot must be contacted here.
Within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.
You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note that every effort is taken to ensure that we pack your order as safely as possible – but damage does occur from time to time.
